I don’t make many excuses for my love of food.

I like to cook, and I am sometimes relaly good at it, most of the time just sorta journeyman about it, and I’ve always liked sharing my food adventures.

So what the hell.  I’m collecting them together, along with notes about why I cook the stuff I cook and the things I use when I cook here.

Call it my branching out and being more open about my life in general.
